Comment annuler mon abonnement

Votre abonnement à Voluntatis peut être annulé à tout moment. La procédure dépend de la plateforme sur laquelle vous avez souscrit.

📱 Android (Google Play)

  1. Ouvrez l'application Google Play Store.
  2. Appuyez sur votre photo de profil (en haut à droite), puis sur Paiements et abonnements → Abonnements.
  3. Sélectionnez Voluntatis.
  4. Appuyez sur Résilier l'abonnement et suivez les instructions.

Vous pouvez aussi gérer votre abonnement directement ici : Mes abonnements Google Play.

💡 Dans l'application, vous pouvez également appuyer sur « Gérer mon abonnement » (écran [Réglages / Compte]), qui vous redirige automatiquement vers cette page.

🍎 iPhone / iPad (App Store)

  1. Ouvrez Réglages sur votre appareil.
  2. Appuyez sur votre nom en haut, puis sur Abonnements.
  3. Sélectionnez Voluntatis.
  4. Appuyez sur Annuler l'abonnement.

Ou gérez vos abonnements ici : Mes abonnements App Store.

⏳ Bon à savoir

  • Après l'annulation, vous conservez l'accès jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée.
  • Aucun remboursement n'est effectué pour la période en cours (sauf disposition légale contraire).
  • L'annulation empêche simplement le renouvellement automatique.

How to cancel my subscription

Your Voluntatis subscription can be cancelled at any time. The steps depend on the platform where you subscribed.

📱 Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right), then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Voluntatis.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

You can also manage your subscription directly here: My Google Play subscriptions.

💡 In the app, you can also tap “Manage my subscription” (screen [Settings / Account]), which takes you straight to this page.

🍎 iPhone / iPad (App Store)

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Voluntatis.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

⏳ Good to know

  • After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
  • No refund is issued for the current period (unless required by law).
  • Cancelling simply stops the automatic renewal.
